Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to verify your purchase and start the return process.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the grill if necessary and pack it securely in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and manuals are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of the box over any old shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit to confirm it is in original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
